Officially translated documents (non-exhaustive)
AHIT handles certified translation — bearing the seal and signature of a sworn expert translator registered with the Montpellier Court of Appeal — of judicial, administrative and private documents that require official status.
Court decisions across all jurisdictions and instances: judgments (judicial court, criminal court, commercial court, labour tribunal), rulings (Court of Appeal, Court of Cassation, Council of State), orders (interlocutory referee, family-affairs judge, liberty-and-custody judge, sentence-enforcement judge), administrative-court rulings, arbitration awards.

Medical, medico-legal and social documents: medical certificates, expert medical opinions, hospitalisation reports, prescriptions, social-security certificates, MDPH (disability authority) records, CAF (family allowance) statements.
Commercial and contractual documents: contracts of all kinds, general terms of sale, articles of association, Kbis extracts, patents and registration certificates, insurance certificates, banking and tax documents.
Each certified translation bears the seal of the sworn expert, is numbered, initialled page by page and accompanied by a certification statement. Originals or certified copies must be provided to allow the mention « for translation conforming to the original / to the copy ».
